These terms cover use of gyanos.in — the GyanOS marketing website. They are website terms only, not a product or service agreement; if your institution becomes a GyanOS customer, a separate agreement will govern use of the platform itself.

Use of this site

This site is provided for informational purposes, to describe GyanOS and let institutions request a demo. Submitting the demo request form is an expression of interest, not a purchase or a binding commitment on either side.

Example content

The timetable, learning plan, and accreditation examples shown on this site are real GyanOS output with institution and personal names replaced. They are illustrative of the platform’s capabilities and should not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided “as is.” Features, examples, and availability described here may change as the product evolves.

Third-party services

The demo request form is processed via Formspree. Submitting the form means the information you provide is also subject to Formspree’s own terms and privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
